Each vegetarian capsule contains:

Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL 21) 9.4 billion CFU
Lactobacillus acidophilus (CUL 60) 9.4 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis (CUL 34) 5.9 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL 20) 0.3 billion CFU

Dose:
