Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

Lactobacillus salivarius ssp salvarius (CUL 61) 6.25 billion CFU
Lactobacillus paracasei (CUL 08) 1.25 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis ssp lactis (CUL 34) 2.375 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium bifidum (CUL20) 125 billion CFU

Vitamins:

Colecalciferol 5 micrograms
equiv. to vitamin D3 200 IU

Dosage

Adults: Take 1 capsule once a day, or as professionally prescribed.
