- Each capsule contains kava standardised to 10% kavalactones to ensure a safe and effective dose.
- Kava has been traditionally used in western herbal medicine and South Pacific medicine to relieve symptoms of mild anxiety.
- Kava has also been used in western herbal medicine to induce sleep and reduce restlessness.
Ingredients:
Each chewable soft capsule contains:
Piper methysticum (Kava) root and rhizome 200mg
Dose:
Chew 3 capsules one to two times daily, or as directed by your health professional.
