MenoPlus 8-PN® combines a blend of herbs and nutrients including LifeNol®, a patented hops extract, which has been shown to reduce hot flushes associated with menopause. Traditionally, in western herbal medicine, sage is used to reduce night sweats associated with menopause while lavender oil is used to relieve sleeplessness. Vitamin D supports bone health and vitamin C supports the functioning of the nervous system and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
