Please note: Always use as directed. Seek medical advice if you have had a baby with neural tube defects such as spina bifida. Directions:

Adults: Take 1 gel capsule daily with a main meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Selancy for Women should ideally be taken at least 4-6 weeks prior to conception, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

• Store below 25°C and away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use if blister pack is compromised.
