- Astragalus is a commonly used herb in China with a history of use dating more than 2000 years.
- Astragalus is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to improve immunity, reduce the occurrence of common colds and support the immune system to fight illness. It is also used in TCM to increase vitality and relieve feelings of weakness and fatigue.
- Astragalus are traditionally used in TCM to help the body adapt to stress.
- Holy Basil is an antioxidant, which reduces free radicals formed in the body

Dose:
