BioCeuticals Sleep Complex
BioCeuticals Sleep Complex contains a premium Valarian extract to help reduce the time to fall asleep and relieves sleeplessness, and Zizyphus, which is used in traditional Chinese medicine to calm the mind and induce sleep.
Dose:
Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day (1/2 - 1 hour before bed), or as professionally prescribed.
