If you're used to using Dorrigo Pepper then you can easily substitute Australian Pepperberries, although they are stronger and hotter!

Hot and spicy with a chilli-like flavour these pepperberries are a lot of flavour to any meal. You can also mix with your regular black pepperberries if you want to soften the flavour a little.

Traditionall Pepperberries have been used as medicine & Spice by Aboriginal people.

Directions:

Add to your Peppermill and grind over steak, pasta or add to a cream saucew.
