Marine Oil is a rich source of essential omega-3 marine triglycerides, namely eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

Omega-3 marine oils have been shown to down-regulate the production and activity of inflammatory mediators such as COX-2. Simultaneously they enhance the antithrombotic action of mediators such as prostacyclin.
