Each capsule contains:
Lactobacillus acidophilus (NCFM®) 12.5 Billion CFU
Bifidobacterium lactis (Bi-07) 12.5 Billion CFU

Directions:
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily.
Children over 5 years: Empty contents of 1 capsule & mix with water once daily for immune support. Or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Suitable for dairy & lactose intolerant people.
Capsules can be pulled apart and powder added to food or liquid if preferred.
