- Sambucus nigra, flower dry (Elderflower) 2.0 g
- Salix alba, stem bark dry (White Willow) 1.0 g
Directions:
Adults: To reduce the severity of cold and flu symptoms take 2 tablets three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. To relieve a runny nose and as a decongestant take 1 tablet three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
