*A diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life. Calcium may help prevent osteoporosis when dietary intake is inadequate in post-menopausal women.

Ingredients

Each 4.9g dose contains:

Hydroxyapatite 3.9g Equiv. Calcium 1000mg Equiv. Phosphorus 431mg Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 25 micrograms Equiv. Colecalciferol 1000 IU Borax (Sodium borate) 26mg Equiv. Boron 3.0mg Phytomenadione (Vitamin K) 83 micrograms

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product is sold by weight not volume. Some settling may occur. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Do not use if cap and/or bottle seals are missing or broken. Not to be taken by children under 2 years old. No added artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives.

Directions

Adults: Add 1 scoop (4.9g) to 100mL room temperature water once daily. Stir well and drink immediately.
For calcium supplementation in children: Children 2 - 3 years: Add 1/2 scoop (2.5g) to 50mL of room temperature water once daily.
Children 4 - 8 years: Add 3/4 scoop (3.7g) to 100mL of room temperature water once daily.
Children 8 - 12 years: Add 1 scoop (4.9g) to 100mL of room temperature water once daily. Or as directed by a healthcare professional. Stir well and drink immediately.
