Utlising Quatrefolic®, a biologically active form of folate, and B vitamins, this easy to swallow mini tablet supports preconception health and foetal CNS/ brain development in early pregnancy. Folic acid is a precursor to folate and is probably the most important nutrient when it comes to preconception. It is most well-known for its role in preventing neural tube defects such as spina bifida, when trying to conceive and during the first trimester of pregnancy. Unfortunately, about 1 in 3 women have difficulty absorbing folic acid due to MTHFR gene variants.

- Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.4 mg
- Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 18 mg
- Pyridoxine (as hydrochloride) (Vitamin B6) 1.9 mg
- Mecobalamin (Co-methylcobalamin) (Activated Vitamin B12) 500 mcg

Directions for use
- Take one tablet per day with a main meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
- Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
