Perdays Iron & Vitamin C
Your needs for iron change throughout the different stages of life. In line with a balanced diet, additional iron from supplements can help to support red blood cell health, relieve fatigue and support energy levels.
Our formula utilises iron II glycinate, an active form of iron that is easily absorbed and tummy friendly. The addition of vitamin C further supports absorption of dietary iron in the body.
Ingredients

- Iron (II) glycinate (bisglycinate) 24 mg
- Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 125 mg
Excipient Ingredients:
Brilliant scarlet 4R aluminium lake, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, citric acid, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, hypromellose, macrogol 3350, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol. povidone, purified talc, sunset yellow FCF aluminium lake, tartaric acid, titanium dioxide
Directions for use
- Take one tablet a day with a main meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
- Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Warnings
