Magnesium plays an important role in muscle contraction and nerve conduction, it may be of benefit to people who suffer from nocturnal leg cramps and may also help to provide relief of sleeplessness associated with restless legs. Magnesium in combination with Vitamin B6 may help relieve mild premenstrual anxiety symptoms and Vitamin B6 may also help to relieve other premenstrual symptoms including irratability, mood swings, tiredness and fatigue. This formula provides three forms of magnesium to offer broad bioavailability of this important nutrient.
Dosage:
Standard adult: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, with food or as directed by your health care professional
