High potency Fortified Vitamin A 4000IU and D3 400IU. Easy to swallow capsule in a one a day dose.
Adult only Dosage:
Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as recommended by your health care professional.

Fortified to supply Vitamin A (Retinyl palmitate) 1200mcg R.E.
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol 10mcg) 400I
