Healthy Essentials liquids are scientifically formulated and manufactured on site in Melbourne using only the finest ingredients. Prepared in liquid form for easier consumption and better absorption. Clinical research has shown that vitamins and minerals in liquid form can be absorbed better than when in tablet form.

Each dose contains naturally sourced vitamins, antioxidants and organic (plant based) minerals that are gentle on the digestive system and have higer bio-availability for better results.

All Healthy Essentials liquids are alcohol, gluten and lactose free. They contain no artificial colours or flavours.

Do not require refrigeration.

Dosage:

For 12 years and above - Take 15 ml once per day, or as prescribed by your healthcare professional.

Caution:
Always read the label. Do not exceed the stated dose except on medical advice. Contains 500mcg of folic acid which, if taken daily for one month before conception and during pregnancy, may reduce the risk of women having a child with birth defects of the brain or spinal chord. If you have previously had a baby with a neural tube defect, and you are planning to become pregnant we recommend that you seek specific medical advice regarding folic acid supplementation. If symptoms persist contact your healthcare professional. This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains sucrose. Contains potassium sorbate as a natural preservative. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
