Dosage
Take 1 vege cap each morning with water, or as prescribed by your healthcare professional.
Caution:
Always read the label. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist contact your healthcare professional. This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses.
A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
A daily dose of 40 mg for adults of elemental zinc from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
