Blackmores BIO C® Powder is buffered with mineral ascorbates to give you a vitamin C that’s gentle on the stomach and has added bioflavonoids thought to support the efficacy of vitamin C. It contains acerola cherry which is a good source of vitamin C.

- Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 300 mg
- Calcium ascorbate (ascorbic acid, vitamin C 248mg) 300 mg
- Sodium ascorbate (ascorbic acid, vitamin C 231mg) 260 mg
- Total vitamin C 779 mg
- Citrus bioflavonoids extract 40 mg
- Rutoside 40 mg
- Malpighia glabra (acerola) extract equivalent to dry fruit 160 mg
- Hesperidin 20 mg
Dosage
Adults - Take 1 g (1 level scoop using measuring scoop enclosed) a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
Children under 18 years – Only as professionally prescribed.
