Active ingredients per tablet
- Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 225 mg
- Sodium ascorbate (ascorbic acid, vitamin C 275 mg) 309.4 mg
- Total vitamin C 500 mg
- Citrus bioflavonoids extract 10 mg
Dosage
Take only ONE dose recommendation, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.
To reduce the duration and severity of common cold symptoms:
Adults – Chew (do not swallow whole) 2 tablets once a day.
For immune system health:
Adults and children over 4 years – Chew (do not swallow whole) 1 tablet once a day.
