These sugar and gluten-free Cinnamon Donuts are not just doughnut-shaped cakes! You will need to use yeast and let it prove to end up with 16-18 delicious cinnamon doughnuts that are the real deal. Can also be made dairy-free.
You will need:
- 150ml almond milk
- 40ml cream (or coconut cream)
- 7g (1 sachet) dried yeast
- 2 large eggs
- 100g unsalted butter - melted (or coconut oil)
- Silicon donut mould

Donut Mix: almond meal, erythritol, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder (2%), xanthan gum, vanilla bean powder
