These crunchy choc chip biscuits are so delicious and very easy to whip up! They are sugar-free and gluten-free and can be made dairy-free. You have the option to make them crunchy all the way through or crunchy on the outside with a chewy centre.
You will need:
- 1 large egg (or egg substitute)
- 80g melted butter (or 80ml melted coconut oil)
- 1 tbs gelatin powder for a chewy centre (optional but recommended)
Ingredients
Biscuit Mix: almond meal, xylitol (plant extract), baking soda, organic vanilla bean
Chocolate Chips (15%): cocoa mass, xylitol (plant extract), cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin
