Directions
- Mix 3g in 250-300ml of water or add to our White Wolf PreWorkout or Protein Shake.
- Best consumed before and after exercise.
- Consume between 1-2 serves per day as required.
- Scoop provided for convenience, for best results use micro scale.
- Do not exceed recommended use.
