This best seller is full of antioxidants and is high in fibre. Eat it for breakfast, as a delicious snack with yoghurt, sprinkle over stewed fruit or grab a handful when you're peckish.
INGREDIENTS
Rolled oats, rolled barley, canola oil, honey, pecans, whole wheat flour, maple syrup, cranberries (sunflower oil, cane sugar), cherries (sunflower oil, cane sugar)*, pepitas, triticale, linseed, blueberries, raspberries, egg white, spices. Total berries 6%. Made on the same equipment as other products containing nuts. *Real cherries may contain an occasional pit.
