Directions

Adult dosage

Cognitive Function, Brain Health & Nervous System Health: Take one capsule daily.
Heart Health: Take two capsules daily.
Pregnancy Health: Take two capsules daily.

With a main meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
