Ingredients:
Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Sea Buckthorn berries (Hippophae rhamnoides), Lemon peels (Citrus x limon), Lemon Myrtle leaves (Backhousia citriodora), Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), Sweet Blackberry leaves (Rubus suavissimus), Natural flavour.
Directions:
Place 1 teabag per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 7 - 10 minutes. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk.
