Collagen (Bovine), Glucosamine Sulphate Nacl (Fermented), Methylsulphonylmethane (MSM), Magnesium Citrate, Chondroitin Sulfate (Bovine), Lemon Flavour (Natural), Natural Monk Fruit Flavour Extract, Curcumin, Ascorbic Acid, Zinc Gluconate, Bamboo Extract, Manganese Citrate, Vitamin D3, Black Pepper.
Cautions
Add 1- 2 teaspoons to a drink two or three times daily. It can also be sprinkled over food.
