The blend contains the highest quality wild-harvested Jilungin, which has traditionally been used by the Nyul Nyul community as a powerful sleep aid. The Jilungin works in synergy with passionflower, magnesium, L-Theanine & prebiotics to assist in reducing restlessness and encourage restorative, deep sleep.

Green Banana Starch, L-Glutamine, Jilungin, Natural Flavour, Inulin (chicory root fibre), Glycine, Hibiscus Powder, Freeze Dried Raspberry Powder, Purple Cabbage, Sprouted Fermented Greens, Magnesium Citrate, Qaundong, L-Theanine, Passionflower Powder, Lemon Balm Extract, Magnolia Powder, Vitamin B6, Steviol Glycoside

Directions

Shake or stir 6g (1 scoop) into 200ml of water, chilled tea, smoothie or milk 30 minutes before bed.
