This clever complex contains ingredients like Green Tea, Caffeine and B vitamins that work to maintain heat production, through the thermogenesis process. This is vital to maintain body heat and does wonders to support energy production. Bitter Orange and Cayenne Pepper extracts provide healthful compounds and antioxidants.

- Contains 100mg caffeine per capsule. A cup on instant coffee contains approx. 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine interacts with the liver enzyme CYP1A2.

Directions for Use
- Take once capsule first thing in the morning with food and with 250ml-500ml of water.
- Take another capsule with lunch or before training (at least 3 hours apart) no later than 5pm or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
