Nutra-Life® Fatigue & Stress Defence combines adaptogens Rhodiola and American Ginseng, with Magnesium and Vitamin B5. These adaptogenic herbs are traditionally used in European and Western herbal medicine to help the body adapt to stress. Rhodiola relieves fatigue & supports physical and mental endurance.

Ingredients
Each capsule provides:
- Rhodiola rosea (Rhodiola) root dry extract 240mg, Equiv. Rhodiola rosea root dry 1.2g, Standardised to contain Rosavin 4.8mg
- Panax quinquefolius (American ginseng) root and rhizome dry extract 50mg, Equiv. Panax quinquefolius root and rhizome dry 1g
- Magnesium amino acid chelate Equiv. Magnesium 77.5mg
- Calcium pantothenate 1.64mg, Equiv. Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 1.5mg
Formulated without: Gluten, wheat, animal products, dairy products, egg, soy, artificial colurs, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
Contains: Sulfites.
Dosage & Warning
Adults: Take 1 capsule once daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
