Directions
Take 1 tablet morning and 1 tablet evening daily (2 tablets daily) with a glass of water.
Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, Piper longum L., Pinus pinaster Aiton., pyridoxine hydrochloride, mecobalamin, colecalciferol, thiamine nitrate, riboflavin, biotin, folic acid, nicotinamide, calcium pantothenate, microcrystalline cellulose, carmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, glycerol.

- Riboflavin (B2) 2.1mg
