Apple Cider Vinegar is made by the fermentation of apple juice.
During this process, sugar in the apple cider is broken down by bacteria and yeast into alcohol (cider) and then into vinegar!
The Apple Cider Vinegar contains acetic acid, lactic, citric and malic acids. It also contains pectin, trace minerals, potassium, beneficial bacteria and enzymes.
Melrose Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Honey is great for people who find the taste of normal apple cider vinegar too acidic. The honey makes the mixture more palatable. It still has all the health benefits of original apple cider vinegar.
