- Herbs of Gold Bloating Relief Complex contains Chen pi, traditionally used in Chinese medicine to relieve abdominal bloating, feelings of fullness and nausea.
- Herbs of Gold Bloating Relief Complex contains Caraway and Fennel, herbs traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as carminatives to reduce flatulence and colic (pain caused by excessive wind or gas). Caraway is also traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support healthy digestion and enhance stomach health.
- Herbs of Gold Bloating Relief Complex contains Dandelion, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve symptoms of indigestion, improve digestive weakness and support healthy liver function.

Each capsule contains:

Directions
Adults - Take 1 capsule, twice daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.
