SFI Health Agiofibe 250g
Agiofibe contains an optimal balance of insoluble and soluble fibre, to support healthy bowel function and regular bowel movement.
Active Ingredients
Each 5g (approx. 1 teaspoon) contains Psyllium in the form of:
- Plantago ovata seeds, dry 3.25 g
- Ispaghula husk 0.11g
Directions & Warnings
- Adults: Take 2 rounded teaspoons (10g) in the evening, followed by a glass of water. If required, an additional an additional 1 or 2 teaspoonfuls before breakfast can be taken in the morning. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Agiofibe granules should be swallowed unchewed with a glass of water (approx. 250 ml)
- Agiofibe granules are coated, making them convenient and easy to swallow. Agiofibe must not be chewed, but can be swallowed whole or mixed with any semi-liquid food, such as yoghurt. Drink plenty of water. Contains sucrose.
- Agiofibe is a high quality dietary fibre supplement that is well tolerated and used worldwide to support bowel health.
