Like olive oil, avocado oil is one of the few cooking oils extracted directly from the fruit, rather than seeds or nuts.
Avocado fruit contains around 30% oil and the oil is extracted in a similar way to extra virgin olive oil.
Avocado oil is very healthy cooking oil, with an extremely beneficial fatty acid profile, good levels of antioxidants and other interesting compounds, and a high smoke point that makes it great for frying with. Cold pressed avocado oil retains its high levels of vitamin E, which is well known to aid in improving skin tone and appearance.
Every Bit Organic Raw food (living food) is food for the skin and body that has not been over cooked or exposed to high processing temperatures resulting in the natural enzymes being completely destroyed. The higher the heat, the more volatile or destructive is the reactions.

Ironically heating and over processing also destroys the Vitamins such as A and E, which we need to protect us from free radicals.
