Dosage:
Sprinkle 2 heaped tablespoons of Caruso's Quick Fibre Plus over your favourite breakfast cereal. Alternatively Caruso's Quick Fibre Plus can be added to 200mL of soy milk, water or fruit juice for a healthy, nutritious smoothie or shake.
