Recommended Use
Add 1scoop(3g) to only 150ml - 200ml(8fl.oz.) of cold water in a drink shaker. Mix and consume. Take 1 serve, 2-3 times a day.
For optimum results, take 1 serve before, during or straight after exercise.
May be used in conjuction with other ASN - Advanced Sports Nutriton products. Ideally Mix with NANO HPC NANO Creatine Complex, Xtreme Blast or Xtreme Pump.
